Who Processes It
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc., which processes them on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy terms. From there, your message reaches our team by email.
A Note on Patient Information
Please do not include patient details or any protected health information in the contact form. It is intended for business inquiries only; PHI is handled exclusively under the agreements we sign with client practices.
Retention and Your Choices
We keep inquiry messages for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our business records. Email us at info@altarhms.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted.
